Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AccuPredix provides demand forecasting software as a service. For privacy inquiries contact privacy@accupredix.com. Where applicable, AccuPredix acts as data controller for account and website data, and as data processor for customer-uploaded datasets as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Data we collect

• Identity & account data: name, email address, organisation name, role, authentication identifiers
• Usage data: workspaces, forecast runs, API calls, feature usage, audit log events, support tickets
• Forecasting data: sales history and related fields you upload or connect via integrations
• Billing data: subscription tier and payment metadata (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies where consent is given
• Communications: emails, demo requests, and feedback you send us

3. How we use data

We process personal data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, run forecasts, send operational notifications, process billing, prevent abuse, comply with law, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer forecasting datasets to train shared models for other customers unless you explicitly opt in to a stated programme.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Contract — to deliver the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and B2B marketing to existing leads where balanced against your rights
• Consent — non-essential cookies and optional communications where required
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with infrastructure, email, payment, analytics (if enabled and consented), and support providers under written agreements requiring appropriate safeguards. A current sub-processor list is available on request at privacy@accupredix.com. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. International transfers

You select EU or US data region for tenant data at signup. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses as set out in our DPA.

7. Retention

We retain account data for the life of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, audit, and legal purposes. You may export or delete tenant data through in-app GDPR controls. Marketing site analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's policy when enabled.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; report concerns to security@accupredix.com.

9. Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable
• Withdraw consent for consent-based processing
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority
• Use in-app GDPR tools or email privacy@accupredix.com to exercise rights

10. Cookies

Essential cookies support site functionality. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept them via the cookie banner. See our cookie preferences control in the site footer.

11. Children

AccuPredix is a B2B service not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
